Qualified Team

Our team is qualified to prepare your design plans to the required level of detail for a Council building application lodgement. We guide you through the required paperwork, liaise with Council and other consultants on your behalf, and can even lodge the application for you. Our aim is to make a daunting process easy and enjoyable for you. Normally, Council takes between 6 and 8 weeks to assess your plans.

What is Complying development?

If your project meets certain criteria, then you can fast-track your approval through another legal approval process called Complying Development. This process normally takes 5 days with a private certifier (rather than Council) authorising your building and construction approval all in one. We can assess your project for complying development suitability, if this quicker approval method appeals to you.
